It depends on the city that you live in and the stuff that it offers. Here in Chicago a kid can literally can pick and choose between like dozens of different school is he or she does well academically. If it is a private school then you have to pay to go there. Most private schools require for you to take a test before they accept you. If you do really well in the test and have an excellent academic record then it is possible that you could get into the private school on a full or partial scholarship. In addition, some cities like Chicago have selective enrollment schools, where you have to apply to get in and they accept kids on how smart they are. It’s a very complicated process. And then there are some normal schools that actually accept a certain percentage of kids who can apply to their school. Then there are some schools for like seventh and eighth graders that are regional gifted centers, for really smart kids. So basically it really depends on the city that you live in, since I have no idea where you live or what kind of options and schools you have I can’t really tell you specifically what you can do, sorry.
