First off, you need to pass a few tests. The point of contact for those will be your neighborhood recruiting office they can tell you everything you have to do just say you want to put together a WARRANT OFFICER PACKET. Your gonna have to do alot, apply for security clearance, take an AFAST, Flight physical, letter of recommendation, get approved by a state board and then a National board. You are competing with other people from around the country for a flight slot. I will tell you that i have talked to countless people that have said they want to do it but talking about it and doing it are 2 different things. Also, be advised this process is very slow it might take up to a year to get things rolling, it’s alot of paperwork. If you a joining the Army you might want to look at the High School to Flight School program. Again, these are questions that you need to address with you recruiter, and if he doesn’t know then talk to his BOSS but ask the questions.Here is some info
