He could kick a 300 pound hanging punching bag and make it hit the ceiling, he could hold a 125 pound dumbell straight out in front of him, he could do 50 one arm chin ups, he did push ups with only his thumbs, he broke a 150 pound punching bag off of the ceiling. First you wouldhnt even touch him.His physical conditioning and strength were results of years and daily training.Having big muscles doeshnt mean anything if you cant use them efficienty.Whats the point of beeing strong if you cant hit him?
