What is a way to show school spirit at school with using a jersey in a stylish outfit?

I have a casual, school spirit dance afterward. This has to be under a dress code with no tank-tops no short-shorts or short skirts. All pants have to be below your fingertips when they are hanging by your side. My school colors are red, white and black.
