I want to look cute in my school uniform but they are strict at my school. We have to wear pleated shirts and white polos that say the school name on them so we cant wear any other shirts. You cannot paint your nails any bright color, you cant wear earrings that are not studs, we have to wear black lace up shoes, and you have to wear plain white socks.
I am not allowed to wear any makeup even if it is light.

and a wee bit of make up-like mascara or a skin coloured eyeshadow would help. 
A cute hairstyle can help and keeping your self in shape so the uniforms fit you nice helps too

If you don’t have many options with clothes, then you are left with hair, makeup if it is permitted. You can take time each morning to have fresh clean hair and style it nicely, maybe add some accessories. Keep your makeup light, maybe a tinted lipgloss and a little blusher and you should get away with it. Remember that looking good is all about feeling good on the inside, regardless of what you are wearing, so remind yourself before you leave home what a great person you are and how you are about to have a great day.
shoes: change the laces!!!
add badges and iron on labels to your uniform.
the main thing then…. is your hair: buy cute clips and headbands to brighten yourself up.
silver jewelery is usually accepted in strict schools…
just be thankful you’re not in the uk.

As you can see my schools uniform rules **** so nobody at our school obeys them. They cant handle our uniform so they ignore it. lol
SO my suggestion is wear your hair really nice with colourful hair pieces and light make up i know you said light make up isnt allowed but surely some people wear it anyway? Just wear make up so lighty that you look natural.oh and your lucky you can wear studs at all. wear some cute ones. x Good luck.
